Hirsch’s Promotion

The channel is at the home expo from 26 February to 01 March, 2 brand ambassadors have been placed to assist at the expo, customers are responding well to the look and feel of the products on the floor and the ambassadors are assisting with product information.

The Store is doing very well with sales in-particular with:

• Ovens
• Stoves
• Hobs
• Cooker hoods 

The store is selling at least 15 per day. While on a store visit; the ambassador (Thandazile Ngcobo) sold 3 ovens with hobs and a Free standing solid hob stove and a Double door fridge.

Game Trade Route

Tshepo Sixishe (Ambassador) has a very good relationship with the staff and floor manager in-store that he negotiated to display all Defy Microwave ovens in one section which creates greater visibility of our brand.

Reviews of Training BS found the information quite helpful and informative.  BS have already used their own initiative to go through the Dishwasher manuals within the machines whilst in store.  BS do not experience too many in-store issues with Dishwashers.Â

Tafelberg Regional’s Commendations

I manage to do all the proposed interviews on the ISP  candidate`s earmarked for Tafelberg.

The allocations to the particular regions and branches are done very well and I think they could contribute to the culture and region of the particular branch assigned to.

I must commend you on their  physical appearance and dress code!

Most of the members have previous retail experience (mostly from the cell phone industry)and have the ability and enthusiasm to perform the duties they were signed for.

Promotion Opportunities

Hifi Corp in Newcastle have given the KZN FSE full support on front store weekend promotions. This store does not see many representatives from many suppliers and as the FSE is calling on this store every second week the store manager is happy to assist in pushing the brand and go big with promotional activity. 

As with Hifi Corp Newcastle, Hifi Corp Amanzimtoti is also prepared to come on board and go all out with a weekend promotion. 

Both stores are willing to provide space within or outside of the store for branding in the form of Gazeebo’s and pull up banners to be used over weekends.
